2026 Conference Registration Fees

Conference Registration Options
Please note: Because last year's conference sold out, only a limited number of registrations are available
      at the early bird rate for 2026. Once they are sold out, fees advance to next pricing tier regardless of date

Full Conference (Sunday - Wednesday)

Includes all activities from Sunday night through Wednesday end of conference, except optional events that require extra fee.

Single Day Rate (Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday)

Includes all activities on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, except optional events that require extra fee.

There is no single day registration for Sunday. If you will not be registering for anything else during the conference, please just purchase a Guest Ticket for the Opening Night Reception, Dinner, Awards Ceremony. If we have space, you may also pre-register for the Early Bird Session, however, if the session is full, people registered for the full conference will be given priority.

Monday, July 13, 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Hotel

  • Only one Expo fee required per exhibiting company
  • Fee includes registration for only one company representative
  • Member fee is only available to active Theatre & Allied members. Subscriber members must pay non-member Expo fee or upgrade to Allied membership first to qualify for member rate.
  • Additional exhibitor information is detailed below
  • Must register by July 2nd
  • Fees will increase on June 16th as noted below
  • Additional services, e.g. freight, shipping & receiving, Wi-Fi connections, electrical hookups, video screens, etc., will be available at the Exhibitor's expense. Additional services must be arranged in advance.
